Creating my stem website

"Imagine if you created it yourself"

My friend jokingly said. But this phrase was more than a joke, it was an idea which has led to the creation of STEM Nexus. I decided to create my own website as tutoring shops charge too much money, bombard your screen with ads, and don't motivate. My website is tailord to middle and highschools students. So far, there is a geometry, writing, and physics course, and I am working on adding an algebra 1 course.

I love to solve my own problem. During VEX Robotics, I created my own team after being rejected from someone elses. During You Be the Chemist, when our groupdecided to make a vertical raised garden system to save plants space, nobody agreed with my views of using florescent lights instead of Halogen, I tested ou the effects of both on pea plants at my house. Refusing to let my ideas go to waste and proving the importance of florescent lights.

It's not just other people who doubt me, I am always doubting myself. But I have learned that no matter your age or experience, you can follow your passion. Now is the time. To teach and spread STEM awareness, I decided to create my own website, stem-nexus.com, and TikTok, @stem8630. My jaw dropeed when I discrovered that my TikTok had ammased 50,000 views, and that my website had been viewed in 26 different countries. This provided that you can follow your dreams no matter who you are.
